ABOUT US
Creating is my passion
Curious by nature, I’m a self-taught enthusiast about our ecological and social transition. After a decade of experimentation, I started Tea of the North, and launched into ecological market gardening, food processing, wild harvesting, nursery gardening and edible landscaping.
Four years later, it is my local teas and my workshops that make up my trademark. Formerly based in Ste-Françoise-de-Lotbinière, in 2020 my company moved to Frelighsburg in southern Quebec.
My passion is promoting healthy, local food, permaculture and creating inspiring, sustainable communities. I want to contribute to a world with more meaning, integrity, sharing and love of living things.
But I'm not alone in this adventure!
Dozens of people have come along to get their hands dirty during participatory productions of fireweed teas and collective lacto-fermentation workshops (sauerkraut, kimchi, etc.). Together, a social ecosystem of exchanges, relationships of trust, friendship and business is created.
