Here I am in China this time! As in Taiwan in the spring of 2023, I went to the other side of the world to learn from tea masters. My aim is to bring this know-how back to Quebec to perfect the production of the first Quebec teas, of which I am the precursor.
I can’t wait to tell you all about my trip, in photos, videos and flavours!
